The Data We Process
To create your personalized report, we process two types of information: Information You Provide (Your name, date of birth, and email address) and Transactional Data (handled by our payment processor, PayPal; we do not see or store your credit card information).
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to fulfill your request. Your birth details are used once for the calculation and then immediately discarded. Your email address is used once to deliver your purchased PDF report. We will not send you marketing emails unless you explicitly consent.
Data Sharing
We do not, and will never, sell your personal data. The only service provider who handles your data is our payment processor for the purpose of completing your transaction. We do not share your personalization data (name, date of birth) with them.
Our Policy Regarding Children
Our Services are accessible to users of all ages. However, to make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 in compliance with privacy regulations.
Data Storage & Retention
Our core privacy promise is that we do not store your personal report data. The information you enter is processed transiently and is not saved in our database. The only information we may retain for customer support purposes is your Order ID and the email address used for delivery.
Your Rights & Choices
As we do not retain your personal report data, there is no data for us to provide access to, correct, or delete after your report is generated. For questions about your order, please contact us with your Order ID.
